No!: Plan b is a drug which will abort a beginning pregnancy. You should not be taking it at all!! There is no recorded drug interaction between alcohol and the medications in the Plan B pill which is basically high dose birth control pills.

No, but...: After taking Plan B, it usually works to prevent pregnancy. However, one should do a urine pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex. A fertile woman who has sex may get pregnant, and may be pregnant for some weeks before knowing she is pregnant. Thus, a fertile woman having sex should be very careful about alcohol intake, to avoid exposing her baby to alcohol before she realizes she is pregnant.
