Probably not related: Some common caused of breast pain are hormonal changes, weight changes, caffeine intake, stress, exercise changes, ill fitting bras, cysts and others. An examination is the next step. It is not likely that breast tenderness is related to headaches. A primary care doctor can help being he evaluation of headache.
