Lump on buttock: A rather large lump on the back side for two weeks, could be a lipoma, fat tissue, or a sebaceous cyst, a clogged hair follicle or an injury to the area. It is most likely a benign lesion, so try warm compresses and see your doctor if it persists or worsens. or if you get other similar lesions elsewhere.
