Pregnancy possible: Pregnancy should be suspected for women in childbearing years that misses a menstrual period and increased if any unprotected sexual activity or inconsistent use of contraception. Vaginal bleeding/spotting is relatively common in early normal pregnancy and can occur when period expected. Evaluation by PMD and urine or blood test for pregnancy is advised.
