Will breast size decrease after 40's?

Not exactly: The breast at age 40 will start to develop more fat and less lobular/ductal tissue "reducing the perkiness" of the breast itself. Factor in breast sagging or drooping and the breast may appear to be smaller in size, but in fact (& fat) is the same or larger.

V breast size: If you lose weight in general, a certain % will be breast fat but the actual amount can't be predicted. You can also consult with a plastic surgeon, general surgeon or breast surgeon about breast reduction surgery.

Sometimes: Breasts are composed of 2 things: fat and glandular tissue. If a woman loses weight overall, the amount of fat in her breasts diminishes also, so her breasts can appear/become smaller.
