Right lower quadrant: Pain in the abdomen can be concerning. it can Also mean a number of things. If you have fever, nausea and vomiting that accompanies this pain, and cannot have a bowel movement, SEEK A DOCTOR ASAP!!! If you have lifted something heavy or recently started an exercise regimen, stretching and rest should help .
