Anti-pain diet: Avoid dairy, grains, sugar, soy, eggs , add 400mg magnesium(gluconate and citrate most absorbable) and add 3000mg omega 3- fatty acids -fish oil -nordic naturals is a good brand. if mg not sufficient try melatonin for sleep 1-20mg .Also keep routine sleep times and a specific repeated relaxation process, avoiding and caffiene or other activators close to bed time.
