Depends: I am presuming you missed your menses? If that is the case, you should visit your doctor for an e gynecological exam and get a blood test for bHCG to rule out pregnancy in addition to test you for STD's. If there is a suspicion an US would help to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, which needs to be managed to safe guard your health.
