Many possibilities: There are many causes for a rash in the bikini area. A sexual disease is possible, but more common causes for a rash in this area is folliculitis, contact dermatitis, or a fungal/yeast infection. A sexual disease is less likely. But it depends on what the rash looks like. I would recommend having it evaluated by a dermatologist.
