Not sure why you: would have orgasmic like contractions? And it sounds like vaginal symptoms not urethral where your urine exits your body. If there is no discomfort I would not worry too much about bacterial infections, though tingling sensation feels like a nerve issue. I would monitor to see if you have other symptoms in the next week. And check a pregnancy test because strange things happen when you conceive
