UTI: Burning with urination is usually a symptom of a urinary tract infection. Certain std's can also cause burning sensations.

UTI: Clinically, this sounds like a urinary tract infection. Utis occur commonly in sexually active females. She should see a doctor to consider the need for antibiotics.
