Call the doc: What symptoms? Probably urethral discharge and maybe uncomfortable urination. Whatever symptoms you still have, they aren't from chlamydia, which is always cured by doxycycline. In fact, you were over-treated; 7 days is enough. Either the chlamydia diagnosis was wrong or you also have something else. Only a third of nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) is caused by chlamydia. Go back to the doctor.
