Derealization is a: sense of detachment, unreality, and altered relation to the outside world. It is a disorder when permanent and causing distress. Evaluation must rule out medical/psychiatric issues. SSRIs, clomipramine, hypnosis may help. CBT helps to confront distorted thoughts/challenge feelings of unreality. If anxiety then benzodiazepines may help. Best regards for relief.
