No: Although acid reflux has been reported to be associated with sinusitis, I am unaware of any double-blind study to support this link. Even if it does, I 'd doubt that it reaches the frontal sinus area. If this is a frequent problem in the absence of overeating or very tight garment, you may need treatment.
