Hyperventilation: Try breathing into small brown paper bag first (cover nose and mouth with it and seal with hands). If after doing this for several minutes you feel the breathing is more well-controlled but you still feel short of breath then go to the ER or urgent care. If you have no other symptoms of illness it is unlikely to be bronchitis (possibly asthma if you're prone to that). See doctor for anxiety.
