Docs can you explain what is a average menstrual cycle for a heathy woman?

28 days: The "classic" menstrual cycle comes every 28 days, and lasts 4-6 days. But there are a wide range of normal variations also. Periods that come less often that every 45 days, or closer together than about 24 days, deserve to be checked out.
