Discharge unrelated: I am not sure that your discharge is related to the fluttering. You may have fluttering due to concern over the discharge. The discharge sounds normal to me. If you do not have fever, pain, then it is probably just a discharge between periods due to a hormonal fluctuation.

Need exam: The only way you will find out if the discharge needs to be treated is to have an exam and specimen taken.
