Neurologist : Why were you getting the brain MRI? While most cases are discovered incidentally and the clinical significance of a persistent trigeminal artery is debatable, association with an increased risk of intracranial aneurysm and other vascular anomalies has been reported in literature. I recommend discussing the findings with your neurologist.
