Obesity developing: Good for you to recognize a health issue and work on it before it gets out of hand. Start w/seeing your doc. He/she can give you feedback on blood work, etc. Then consider seeing a nutritionist for a healthy food plan, which may include lowering carb intake and eating more protein. Just be sensible.: The real key to weight loss is to just watch the size of your portions at meals, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. There's no radical diet or exercise plan or pill that will magically give you meaningful and sustained weight loss. The ol' fashioned way is still be best way to lose weight for the long term. Start your plan now before you put on more weight.
