Trazadone: use as a mood stabilizer in a female of reproductive age is usually a consideration. It requires a gradual dose titration ( minor drawback) Lithium rewquires monitoring of thyroid function and levels. Atypical antipsychotics are also used to stabilize mood. I'd hold off on antidepressant use initially as they can precipitate mania if not on a mood stabilizer
