Skene duct cyst: You may have a cyst of a Skene gland which are located around the urethra, under the clitoris as you are experiencing. Alternately it could be a sebaceous cyst depending on its location. It does not sound like an STD based on your history. A gynecologist will be able to evaluate it and treat it so you can be comfortable again.
