This is difficult: because "ears shaking" is not really possible and "trying to hurt" is not a physiologic phenomenon. But assuming you are serious, it is safe to say that whatever you are doing with your phone, you are doing it too much/too long and you should take more frequent breaks, and especially use your eyes to look out to the world, not into a little bit of machinery. Your body is speaking. Listen to it!
