Adhesions : Doubtful. Likely a bug or some sort of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. No blood or mucous. Then give it time and take Probiotics.

I think: that you may have "simple" diarrhea or a viral GI infection (eg Norovirus) PLUS HEMORRHOIDS!! Try taking an OTC anti-diarrhea medication (EG example Imodium (loperamide) AD) PLUS a Hemorrhoid Cream! Hope this helps! Dr Z
