What symptoms?: It would help to know your symptoms, since you are not hypothyroid. You probably need to be evaluated with further history, physical examination, and may be some tests and you need to see a doctor for that. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Not hypothyroid: Generally, If your TSH is normal you are not hypothyroid in the view of most physicians. However there is a controversial concept called "Functional Hypothyroidism" which is promoted by physicians practicing a lucrative alternative medicine they call Functional Medicine. Their claim that some patients have hypothyroidism despite a normal TSH is not accepted by mainstream medicine.
