Vision is OK: What you are describing, is a small change in the glasses prescription. That does not mean that your vision is "worse". Everybody's glasses prescription changes over time, and this is nothing to be worried about. Only if you are not able to see clearly out of the new glasses, should you be concerned. If that is the case, go back to your eye doctor and have it reevaluated.
