I think the first: ....thing you should do is find out if it IS lice. It's virtually impossible to see your own head SO SEE A DOCTOR!. Other things can cause this creepy-crawly sensation, certain cold medications for example, but lice definitely need to be looked for before you start wondering what else it could be. Dr. Anne
