Legs give out: Check for lyme disease also I have seen herpes I subclinical cause this and it is treated with acyclovir 200 mg 4 tabs 3 x a day x 7. Check for sinusitis or ear infection. I have seen dizziness with mycoplasma which can be treated with zithromax. Also consider MRI of brain check for MS or other lesion.
