But how?: With or without birth control pills, humans need their sperm and egg to meet and greet, in order to get pregnant. If a person never had sex (and never "fell asleep" at a party), it would take some very special effort to get pregnant without having sex. It can be done, but just takes some thinking. Anyway, if worried, a urine pregnancy test is very accurate, is inexpensive, and is sold everywhere.
