Obgyn visit: If you are sexually active or having a Gynecologic problem then schedule a visit. Birth control counseling and STD testing can be done. If you are not sexually active and just asking about timing of a first Obgyn visit then the answer is different. Routine pap smear testing begins at 21. HPV vaccination should be done.
