Im trying to conceive period was 4 days late then bled for a day and a half and now im not bleeding at all. could i be pregnant?

Yes: some women have spotting, although usually not frank bleeding, as part of a fertile ovum implanting and beginning to create a home for itself. In fact, bleeding can occur at almost any time during pregnancy without loss of the pregnancy. Consider a home test, or a visit to a gyn practitioner.
