Reasons for Redness: Redness on the penis after sexual activity is fairly common and can occur from Nuvaring contact. Hydrocortisone can alleviate both the redness and the swelling. Altering sexual position may reduce contact with the Ring. If the redness does not resolve, you should visit with a urologist.
