Testosterone & sperm: Neither sperm production or ejaculation have any effect on testosterone levels. Testosterone is produced by Leydig cells in tour testes. Sperm are produced by different cells known as spermatogonia. Testosterone, together with other hormones have an effect on sperm production, but not other way around.
