Well,...: Usually when you are having your period that means you are NOT pregnant. If your periods continue to be lengthy though, you need to see the GYN Doctor to examine you and determine the cause of your excess bleeding. Having unprotected sex mid cycle would increase your chance of pregnancy. Best wishes.
