More problems: You have enough problems that you do not need to add to those by taking alcohol. Alcohol never did any body any good and you should not take any. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Adverse effects: You should not mix alcohol (as a general rule) with any medications. Discuss with your Doctor if you drink alcohol often and are taking theses meds with them.
