Normal management: With no other symptoms or signs of an immediate danger, it would be uncommon and probably inappropriate to hospitalize a patient for high blood pressure, although that one is pretty high. The reason is that high blood pressure is usually a long-standing condition, and it's best lowered gradually over time as long as it's not causing an immediate problem.
