Here are some...: Intractable testicular pain after ruling out infection, inflammation, torsion, etc., may require further diagnostic and therapeutic effort with local nerve block with lidocaine. Furthermore, cutting off the offending nerve fiber (neurectomy) may be even required for long-term treatment. Remember: Nothing is free but everything always comes with its consequence.
