Treat the cause: Your symptoms suggest you still have Urinary Tract Infection. You have been treated for it but you still have symptoms. It may be re infection or the Antibiotics you took were not effective to eradicate the infection. I suggest you follow up with your doctor or urologist and get repeat culture and checked . Other possibilities are a stone in Urinary tract. May need Cat Scan to rule out.see MD/Urol
