Chlamydia: Anal sex doesn't cause chlamydia or any other STD. It must be caught from antoher person. One of you was infected from another sex partner. Chlamydia can last several months, so it might not be possible to know which of you was infected first. At this point the important thing is that you both be treated. Good luck!
