Simplest explanation: Most of the time, these headaches are migraine, but to establish the diagnosis and recommend a treatment plan you will need to discuss the circumstances, and nature of the headache with a good primary care physician first. If the headaches are frequent and causing a lot of disability then a visit with a neurologist with headache fellowship training is also worthwhile. Best wishes!
