Does lovenox (enoxaparin) make your period heavy?

It can: Lovenox (enoxaparin) is a potent anticoagulant and definitely can increase bleeding from your menstrual period. If you must be on lovenox (enoxaparin) for an extended period of time,I recommend that you take daily iron supplements to avoid developing an iron deficiency anemia from your heavy monthly blood loss. Discuss this with your physician.

It may: Lovenox (enoxaparin) is an anticoagulant and with all anticoagulants, bleeding may be a side effect, so it is not unexpected that you would experience a heavier period while on Lovenox (enoxaparin).
