Hi ive been having stomach issues for years. but now for the past week ive been having a pain in my upper back especially when i eat. ive been having stomach pain, diarrhea, belching and gas. do you know what this could be ?

Chronic stomach pain: Having problems for years not going to have an answer with a couple of sentences of description. If you had all work up and turned negative including celiac disease, it could be from irritable bowel syndrome. See a gastroenterologist.
