No: Look for some other cause for your lymph nodes being swollen, or they may be normal. Much of what you read online about popular personal care products is garbage, with people trying to frighten Yu into switching to whatever they are trying to sell you. Especially, if your current product does not irritate your skin, it is unlikely to affect the nodes.

Propylene glycol: PG is considered safe for ingestion by the FDA. There is no evidence linking PG to cancer, illness, or enlarged lymph nodes. Chances are that you read something written by someone with something to sell, such as a PG free product. Regarding your lymph nodes, everybody has them, and they are often palpable, even when completely normal. You are young for male pattern baldness, though. Seek MD advice
