How to strengthen the esophageal sphincter? i have gerd.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not possible.: There's no way, outside of surgery, to strengthen or otherwise alter the strength or functionality of the lower esophageal sphincter. Medications that may work in this regard have pretty significant side effects and are therefore not routinely used nor recommended.
