Hemoptysis: The answer, unless the tablets were poisonous, is no. Coughing up blood can be a serious sign of lung disease. Are you a smoker ? Get a chest x-ray. Have you had a URI for a week with lots of coughing? Get and x-ray but don't worry too much. Nose bleeds can be due to dry air, picking your nose of very high blood pressure among other thins. Without more symptoms I cannot be more specific.
