White lashes: If the blepharitis is bad enough to turn the lashes white, you need to get it under control regardless of whether or not the lashes regain their color. The other condition to consider is vitiligo, which is autoimmune in nature. My suggestion would be to get checked by an ophthalmologist, and to treat the blepharitis aggressively if that is the source of the white lashes.

Poliosis: Poliosis, or whitening of eyelashes have many causes. Blepharitis is one of them. Use hot compresses at least once a day with a microwave gel mask and scrub the eyelids with baby shampoo on a towel once a day. If it persists, more aggressive treatment may be indicated. Some poiliosis is reversible and reported in the literature. See an ophthalmologist if your signs and symptoms persist.
