LBP S/P TRAUMA: NO ! You need full exam labs and X-ray. At this stage an MRI will be needed to define the anatomy and determine the cause of pain and treatment options. If you can't bear weight you may have a herniated disc. Treatment : NSAIDs / Muscle relaxants & Steroids.. Also PT and evaluation for injection if symptoms warrant it.
