Hot flashes late: If you are sexually active check HCG, or pregnancy. Also check TSH, thyroid and glucose and urine for infection . Sometimes it is just variation. if all is negative and you still have hot flashes check a sonogram and look at ovaries for polycystic ovarian syndrome. F/u/ w/ doc
