Dermatologist: This is best diagnosed by a dermatologist and the skin lesions will have to be seen by the specialist in order to make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment. This skin condition may be difficult for a nondermatologist to diagnose and I recommend consulting a dermatologist straight away.
