Pain management: This is a problem in every state. Best bet is to try local medical school or university healthcare system. Otherwise you should call your insurance company since they must provide a doctor within reasonable travel distance. If they can't help you then call state representative and file claim of fraud against insurance company. They collect money from state to take care of you but aren't.
