Intrusive: thoughts w/fear of arousal is not "normal" to use your word, but there can be some of those thoughts in people. A lot depends on the level of discomfort and if they interfere w/functioning. Please see a mental health professional for proper diagnosis and possible treatment. MAY be a mood disorder or discomfort w/sexuality. Peace and good health.
